Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A Para A and Regulation 47 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, please find enclosed copies of the newspaper advertisement published in Financial Express (English) and Loksatta (Marathi) published today i.e. January 30, 2026, both having electronic editions, regarding completion of dispatch of the Postal Ballot Notice and e-voting facility offered to the shareholders for voting on the ordinary resolution proposed in the Postal Ballot Notice in compliance with the MCA Circulars, SEBI Circulars and Secretarial Standards on General Meetings ('SS-2') issued by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and other applicable laws and regulations (including any statutory modification(s) or re-enactment(s) thereof).
