In compliance with regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations 2015 and based on recommendations of Nomination and Remuneration committee, the board of directors at their meeting held today ie on 29.01.2024 has considered and approved 1. Re-appointment of Mr. Amit Khurana (DIN:00003626) Managing director of the company for further period of five (5) years with effect from 13.02.2024 subject to the approval of shareholders. 2. Appointment of Mrs Neelakshi Khurana (DIN: 00027350) as an Additional director (Non-Executive, Non-Independent ) Director wef 29.01.2024 subject to regularization of the appointment by the shareholders of the company Kindly note that the above resolutions shall be placed before Shareholders for their approval in due course.
