Allotment of 19,00,000 (Nineteen Lakhs Only) Equity Shares of Face Value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each at a premium of Rs. 8/- (Rupees Eight Only) each. 2. Allotment of 2,34,00,000 (Two Crores Thirty Four Lakhs Only) Convertible Warrants of Face Value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each at a premium of Rs. 8/- (Rupees Eight Only) each.
