| <BR> This is to inform you that the 12th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company was held on Thursday, September 23, 2021 at 04:00 PM through video conferencing/other audio visual means in accordance with the circular(s) issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India in this regards and business(s) mentioned in the Notice dated Tuesday, August 31, 2021, convening the AGM were transacted thereat.<BR> <BR> In this regard, please find enclosed the following: <BR> <BR> a. Voting results of the AGM pursuant to Regulation 44 of the Listing Regulations.<BR> <BR> b. Consolidated Report of the Scrutinizer dated September 23, 2021 on remote e-voting and electronic voting at the AGM.<BR> <BR> The above results will also be available on the website of the Bombay Stock Exchange (https://www.bseindia.com/) and on the website of National Securities Depository Limited (www.evoting.nsdl.com).<BR> <BR> The AGM concluded at 04:30 PM after being open for 15 minutes for e-voting to be completed.<BR> | |
