Dear Sir/ Madam, Pursuant to SEBI(PIT) Regulation 2015, it is hereby intimated that the trading window of the company for dealing in the securities of the company by the designated person will remain close from closure of trading hours of BSE on March 29, 2024 (being March 30 and 31 are Saturday and Sunday respectively), till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results along with the Independent Auditor''s Report of the Company for the Quarter and Financial year ended March 31, 2024. The date of the Board Meeting in which the Audited Financial Results will be considered and adopted will be intimated in due course. Kindly take the same on your records.
