Please be informed that pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015; the 'Closure of Trading Window' shall be made applicable to all the designated person of the Company from the end of every quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results.
Accordingly, it is hereby intimated that the trading window of the Company for dealing in the shares of the Company by the designated person will remain close from closure of trading hours of BSE on September 30, 2025, till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2025.
The date of the Board Meeting at which the said financial results will be considered and approved shall be intimated in due course.
