MAGNUM VENTURES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 22/04/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable provisions, if any, notice is hereby given that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 22nd April 2024 at 04:00 P.M. at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, 64/6, Site-IV, Industrial Area, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, U.P. 201010, inter alia, to consider, approve & recommend the Proposal for raising funds by way of issuance of equity shares/convertible securities/warrants on preferential basis, subject to such regulatory, statutory approvals, as may be required, including approval of the members of the Company.
