Pursuant to provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and trading restrictions placed by the Company''s 'Internal Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons', we would like to inform that window for trading in securities of the Company shall remain close for Designated Persons from Friday, July 01, 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results for the 01st Quarter ended on June 30, 2022 and the trading window shall re-open thereafter. The date of the Board Meeting to consider the Financial Results for the 01st Quarter ended on June 30, 2022 shall be intimated separately.
