Pursuant to provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and trading restrictions placed by the Company''s "Internal Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives", we would like to inform that window for trading in Securities of the Company shall remain close for Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatived from Monday, 01st July, 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results for the 01st Quarter ended on 30th June, 2024, of the Financial Year 2024-25 and the trading window shall re-open thereafter.
