Further to our letter dated 5th January, 2021 informing you about fire at our corporate office in Gurugram, we wish to submit that we are in the process of reconstructing records destroyed in the fire. However, it is taking time and as such, it would not be possible to approve and declare unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2020 within the time prescribed under SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015.<BR> <BR> We therefore request you to please grant us suitable extension for declaring unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2020.<BR>
