We wish to inform you that in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended read with company's code of conduct for prevention of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will remain closed for all 'The Designated Persons' of the company from Saturday, 1st October 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors for consideration and approval of the Unaudited financial result of the company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022 will be intimated in due course.
