With reference to the Subject citied, this is to inform to the exchange that the company has received the resignation letter from Ms. Tejshvi Joshi, Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company. The Company has accepted his resignation and relieved her from all responsibilities with immediate effect from 14th February, 2023. Consequent to her resignation as Company Secretary of the Company, she also ceases to be the Compliance officer of the Company and Mr. Ashok Kumar Jain, Managing Director of the Company has been designated as Compliance officer of the Company for time being in force. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIRICFOICMO/4/2015 date September 09, 2015 are given in the enclosed Annexure I.
