Pursuant to Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report the insider trading by Designated Persons and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulation, 2018, please be informed that the Trading window for dealing in the securities of MAHESH DEVELOPERS LIMITED shall remain closed for the Designated Persons viz. Directors, Identified Employees, KMPs, Promoters of the Company including the Immediate Relatives of the Designated Persons of the Company, with effect from Saturday, 1st April, 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the Financial year ending 31st March, 2023.
