With reference to captioned subject, this is to inform that in the meeting of the Board of Directors of Company held on Saturday, 21st March, 2026, Ms. Barsha, Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, having membership no. A60200, has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company in terms of provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule made thereunder and Regulation 6 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 with effect from 21st March, 2026.
