| This is further to our letter bearing REF:NS:SEC dated 19th June, 2024 wherein we had given you an advance intimation of the Schedule of Analyst or Institutional Investor Meeting(s) with the Company in terms of Regulation 30(6) read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and our letter bearing REF:NS:SEC dated 23rd June, 2024 wherein we had submitted additional Presentation which would be made during the Non-Deal Roadshow (NDR) scheduled to be held on 24th - 25th June, 2024 in UK. We wish to inform you that the Company physically participated in NDR held in UK with Several Funds/Investors scheduled for 24th - 25th June, 2024 and the Presentation(s) which were sent to the Stock Exchanges vide our letters bearing REF:NS:SEC dated 16th May, 2024 and REF:NS:SEC dated 23rd June, 2024 were shared with them. The aforesaid NDR was concluded at 5:30 p.m. UK time (10:00 p.m. IST).
