| Reference to the captioned subject, this is to inform you that Mahindra EPC Irrigation Limited ('The Company') has always followed the practice of disclosing to the Stock<BR> Exchanges all material information that have a bearing on the operation/performance of the Company which include all price sensitive information, etc. within the Stipulated timelines as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 manifesting a good corporate governance practices followed in a transparent manner.<BR> <BR> Further, please note that at present we are not aware of any significant information which would have caused movements in the stock price.
