| Pursuant to Regulation 30 and any other applicable provision of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, as amended from time to time, we would like to inform you that, in terms of Section 96 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Company has obtained approval (attached as 'Annexure A') from the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana for extension of time for holding 48th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, by a period of 3 (Three) months i.e. up to 31st December, 2021, for the Financial Period ended on 31st March, 2021.<BR> <BR> Accordingly, the 48th Annual General Meeting of the Company shall be held on or before 31st December, 2021.<BR> <BR> You are requested to take the same on record.<BR> | |
