| Mallcom (India) Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, the 12th day of November, 2021 at 3 p.m. inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2021. <BR> <BR> Further, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms the Company Code of Conduct on prevention of Insider Trading, we have already intimated to the Stock Exchange vide our communication dated 28th September, 2021, relating to the closure of Trading Window and the same shall continue to remain closed for all the Designated Employees and their Immediate Relatives till 48 hours from the declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results. <BR> | |
