Malwa Cotton Spinning Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 14, 2017, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further in terms of Securities Exchange of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from February 07, 2017 to February 16, 2017 (both days inclusive).
