| MAN INDUSTRIES (INDIA) LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 21/01/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, January 21, 2021, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2020. <BR> <BR> It may further be note that as per the Company''s Code on Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company has been already closed from January 1, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results of the Company for the aforesaid quarter. <BR> <BR> Further as per Regulation 47 of the Listing Regulations, notice of the Board Meeting would also be available on the websites of the Company (www.mangroup.com), BSE Limited (www.bseindia.com) and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (www.nseindia.com). <BR> <BR> Kindly take the same on your record. | |
