| Further to our letter dated 25th January, 2023 intimating you of the Board Meeting to be held today and in accordance with the Regulation 30 and 33 read with Schedule III and other applicable Regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has, inter alia: approved the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2022. We hereby enclose the following: (a) Copies of Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2022 along with the Limited Review Report issued by M/s. G. M. Kapadia & Co., Chartered Accountants, the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the said period in accordance with the provisions of Regulations 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015; and (b) Press Release. | |
