| With reference to the captioned subject, we wish to inform you that the Company's holding in MICL Creators LLP ('LLP'), a subsidiary entity of the Company, has been diluted from 99.99% to 60% on account of disposal of its partial partnership interest in the said LLP. The said LLP continues to be the subsidiary entity of the Company. The details as required under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 09th September 2015, is attached. | |
