| In continuation to our letter dated 3rd November, 2022, please note that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, which commenced at 12.00 P.M. and concluded at 02:10 P.M, has inter alia:<BR> <BR> a) Approved the Un-audited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2022. <BR> b) Declared Interim Dividend @ 150% (i.e. Rs. 3.00/- per equity shares having face value of Rs. 2/- each) on the equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2022-2023. <BR> The Interim Dividend shall be paid on or before Friday, 9 December, 2022, to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names appear on the register of members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the equity shares as on Friday, 25th November, 2022, i.e., the Record Date fixed for the purpose.<BR> | |
