The Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain close for all the Directors and Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st January, 2023 till the end of 48 hours after the announcement by the Company of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2022 to the Stock Exchanges where the shares of the company are listed. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2022 will be informed in due course to the Stock Exchanges where the shares of the company are listed.
