MANAKSIA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results (both standalone and consolidated) of the Company along with the Limited Review Report for the quarter ended 31st December, 2022. Further, please note that pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, and Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, the 'Trading Window' for trading in the equity shares of the Company which has been closed from 1st January, 2023, will open 48 hours after the announcement by the Company of the Results to the Stock Exchanges where the shares of the Company are listed.
