Approved standalone Audited Financial Results for the half year and year ended 31st March, 2024 together with the Audit Report with unmodified opinion pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015. 2. Approved Standalone Statement of Assets and Liabilities for the half year and year ended 31st March, 2024. We also hereby confirm that the Auditors Report is with unmodified opinion in respect of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2024.
