We wish to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 and 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rules 20 & 22 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Company conducted a Postal Ballot for obtaining the approval of the Members for the businesses as mentioned in the Postal Ballot Notice dated March 10, 2022 by remote e-voting. In compliance with the requirements of the Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended, we are furnishing herewith the voting results pertaining to the aforesaid Postal Ballot in the format prescribed along with the Scrutinizer's Report dated April 15, 2022. Based on the Scrutinizer Report, we hereby inform that the Members of the Company have duly passed the resolution as set out in the postal ballot notice dated March 10, 2022.
