We wish to inform you that the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2021 will be considered and approved in accordance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 on or before February 14, 2022 or any such other date as may be extended by SEBI for declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2021. In this connection, we wish to inform you that in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by the Directors, promoters and promoter group, designated persons, all connected persons and their immediate relatives will remain close from January 1, 2022 till 48 (Forty Eight) Hours from the date on which the said Unaudited Financial Results will be communicated to the Stock Exchanges.
