With reference to the earlier letter dated May 04, 2017, Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board Meeting scheduled for May 15, 2017 has been rescheduled and will now be held on May 17, 2017 for approval of the Audited Financial Statement for the quarter / year ended on March 31, 2017.<BR><BR>Pursuant to Clause 10.1 of the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window' for dealing in shares of MRPL, which has been closed since May 05, 2017 in view of the consideration and approval of the Audited Financial Statement for the quarter / year ended on March 31, 2017 by the Board of Directors at its meeting scheduled for May 17, 2017 will open 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Statement for the quarter / year ended on March 31, 2017.
