With reference to clarification sought on significant movement on price we wish to inform that the company has made disclosures of all the information bearing on operation and performance of the Company including price sensitive information etc to be dissminated under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR), 2015 and there are no such impending announcement and company has not withheld any information that would have bearing on the price behavoir of scrip. Further as far as movement in the price in our opinion it should be due to market sentiment/undertone and demand/supply matrix of our scrip. Also it is market driven and the company and management are no way connected with any price movement
