This is to inform you that as per the Company''s Policy for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company is closed for all Directors, Designated Persons and Connected persons from 1st April, 2024 for consideration of Audited Financials Results for the Half Year and Year ended on 31st March, 2024. The Trading Window will open at the expiry of forty-eight hours after declaration of the audited financial results for the half year ending and financial year ending 31st March, 2024.
