Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring & Reporting Trading of the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, we would like to inform you that the trading window for the purpose of trading in the securities of the Company by its Designated Persons (including their immediate relatives) of the Company as defined under Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring & Reporting Trading by Insider shall remain closed from 01-10-2022 till 48 hours (both days inclusive) after the conclusion of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held for the purpose of consideration and approval of the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30-09-2022. The date of the Board meeting for the purpose of consideration and approval of the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30-09-2022 shall be intimated to you in due course.
