This is to inform you that our Company M/s Marble City India Limited is unable to declare the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March,2024 due to crash in accounting system, due to which financial results could not be compiled and hence Board of Directors of the Company regrets their inability to consider and approve the results on time.
