Marg Techno Projects Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/01/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In terms of Regulation 29 read with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, January 24, 2026 at 3: 00pm at Registered Office of the Company to inter alia to Consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on December 31, 2025 and/or to discuss any other business/matter with the permission of the Chair.; Further, as per the Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Dealing with Securities of MTPL Limited, Trading Window has been closed from January 1, 2026 till 48 hours after the financial results are made public.
