Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith copies of the notice published in Mumbai in the Business Standard (English) and Navshakti (Marathi) editions dated today i.e September 13, 2021, in accordance with the IEPF Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016, requesting the concerned shareholders to submit their claims in respect of their unclaimed dividend during the last seven years, failing which their unclaimed 1st Interim dividend FY2014-15 and underlying shares will become liable to be transferred to the IEPF.<BR> <BR> This is for your information and record.
