Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed the copies of the notice published in Business Standard (English) and Navshakti (Marathi) editions today i.e. September 3, 2024, in accordance with the IEPF Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer & Refund) Rules, 2016, requesting, the concerned shareholders to lodge claims in respect of 1st Interim Dividend for FY 2017-18 that are unclaimed for the last seven years, failing which the said dividend and the shares underlying such dividend shall be liable to be transferred to IEPF.
