In continuation of our communication dated August 1, 2019 about the re-appointment of Mr.Rajeev Bakshi as an Independent Director of the Company, we wish to inform you that the term of office of Mr. Rajeev Bakshi as an Independent Director came to an end on March 31, 2020 and consequently he ceased to be a Director of the Company with effect from close of business hours on March 31, 2020. <BR> <BR> The Board of Directors and the Management of the Company would like to place on record their deep appreciation for the contributions made by Mr. Rajeev Bakshi during his association of over 17 years with the Company as an Independent Director.<BR> <BR> Kindly take the above on record.<BR>
