Appointment of Mr. Mahendra Patel (DIN: 10782956) as a Director. 2. Appointment of Mr.Rakesh Kumar Pandey as a Director. 3. Appointment of Vishal Kelkar as a CEO of the Company.
We hereby inform you that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company was not held due to lack of quorum. Further, this meeting has been now adjourned and rescheduled as on Monday, 10th March, 2025.
