This is to inform you as per Regulation 15 (2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, the compliance with the Corporate Governance Provisions as specified in regulation 17 to 27 and clause (b) to (i) of sub-regulation 46 and paras C, D, and E of Schedule V of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, shall not apply in respect of:<BR> (b) The listed entity which has listed its specified securities on the SME Exchange.<BR> <BR> As the company has listed its shares on the BSE SME platform, so the above-mentioned provisions will not be applicable to the Company and hence the company is not required to disclose Related Party Transactions for the half-year ended 30th September 2021 as provided under Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.<BR> <BR> You are requested to take the same on your record.<BR>
