In pursuant to Company's Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders, Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulation, 2018 and clarification given by BSE vide their circular no: LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2, 2019, we wish to inform you the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors, Promoters, designated persons and specified connected persons from Saturday 01st October 2022 till expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the half year ended on 30th September, 2022.
