As informed in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company's Insider's Trading Code of Conduct, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed to all Directors / Connected / Designated Persons till 48 hours after the declaration of the aforesaid Financial Results.
