This is to inform you that pursuant to sebi (Prohibition of insider trading)Regulations, 2015, as amended, and BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will be closed to all directors/ connected/ Designated persons from 1st april,2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of the audited Financial Results of the company for the quarter and financial year ended on 21st March, 2024. Accordingly, all the Directors/Connected/ Designated Persons of the company are advised not to trade on the securities of the company during the trading window closure period.
