| Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations") read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the said Regulations, we hereby inform that Mr. Suresh Chandra Partani, has tendered resignation from the position of the Independent Director of the Company with effect from November 13, 2020.
