This is to inform you that pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from April 1, 2023 for approval of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2023 .
