Respected Sir / Madam,&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; In compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations &amp; Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and based on the recommendations of the Nomination &amp; Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 16th July, 2021 has transacted the following:&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; 1.Has re-appointed Mr. Manoj Shah (DIN: 00017594) as MD &amp; CEO of the Company for a further period of three (3) years w.e.f 30.05.2021 and subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing AGM of the Company.&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; 2.Has re-appointed Mr. Mayur Shah (DIN: 00016358) as Jt-MD of the Company for a further period of three (3) years w.e.f 30.05.2021 and subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing AGM of the Company.&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; 3.Has re-appointed Mr. Mahesh Shah (DIN: 00017559) as Jt.
