Dear Sir(s), We wish to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company for dealing in securities of the Company for all the designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from 01st April, 2023 for the purpose of consideration of audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2023 until the expiry of 48 (forty-eight) hours after the declaration of aforesaid financial results. The date of Board Meeting to consider the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2023 will be intimated separately.
