This is to inform you that in compliance of the provision of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's 'Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in Securities by Designated Persons' ('the Code'), the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons including Insiders, as per the Code shall remain closed from 31st March, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of duly approved Audited Standalone as well as Consolidated Financial Results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March, 31 2023 of the financial year 2022-2023, by the Board of Directors of the Company. The date of Board Meeting for considering the Audited Standalone as well as Consolidated Financial Results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March, 31 2023 shall be intimated separately.
