In reference to the previous Corporate Announcement dated 04.10.2022; Acknowledgement Number 4598119 and in continuation to the above captioned subject as advised via email dated 06.10.2022 (query.lodr@bseindia.com) with reference to SEBI Circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations read with Part A of Schedule III, Regulation 6(1) of SEBI Listing Regulations and provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with relevant applicable rules, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on Tuesday, 04th October, 2022 have considered and approved the appointment of Ms. Krashmee Bhartiya (Membership Number: ACS 66667) as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company in place of Mr. Gagan Mahajan, Company Secretary, Compliance Officer Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.
