With reference to SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26th November, 2018 on Fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Entities, we wish to inform that Mehta Housing Finance Limited ("the Company") does not qualify as ''Large Corporate'' as on March 31, 2022 in terms of the criteria specified in the aforesaid SEBI Circular. Since we are not identified as Large Corporate, we are not required to submit any disclosure as required in clause 4 of the above Circular We request you to take the same on record.
