| MEHTA HOUSING FINANCE LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/02/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2023, along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditor for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2023. 2. Any other business with the permission of the Chair. Further, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, and pursuant to the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider''s Trading, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the equity shares of the Company has been closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from December 31, 2023 and shall remain closed till the expiry 48 hours from the declaration of the aforesaid Financial Results. | |
